Filtering battery suitable for the suction and filtration of wood scraps, with discharge into the briquetting machine. It is ideal for various processes, for example, turning for the production of bottle caps where pollutants such as dust and wood shavings are generated. This solution allows us to transform the waste into pellets used for the generation of heat from biomass.

DUST COLLECTORS SERIES “CFJET”
The CFJET series cyclo-filters are made with a circular structure with tangential air inlet, designed to combine the centrifugal separation effect of cyclones with the efficiency of the dust collectors. They are provided with sleeves or cartridges with a cleaning system with counter-current compressed air jets and depression operation. They combine the advantages of centrifugal separation typical of cyclones with the filtration efficiency of dust collectors and are used for the treatment of air with large concentrations of fine, coarse or filamentary materials. The particular construction makes them suitable for working with high negative pressures, coupled with fans or vacuum pumps. The ATEX versions are made of specific components and explosion-proof panels that allow installation in zone 22 and the treatment of potentially explosive powders.

Used for the purification of gaseous emissions from industrial processes, it is built in galvanized sheet metal. Designed according to UNI 10861, it is suitable for operation in depression and for outdoor installation. It is available in a range of 18 models with different filter media, with sleeves or cartridges. The dust collectors of this series can adopt a filter media cleaning system by means of counter-current compressed air jets (for companies whose production process generates dust of any nature and particle size and in different concentrations, such as the steel industry, foundries, chemical and rubber industries, cement factories, metalworking industries, wood industries with non-traditional machines) or, alternatively, a vibration cleaning system (for companies whose production process involves the use of traditional machines for woodworking and large fragments of wood).
The dust collector can also be equipped with explosion protection systems (“venting”) using ATEX EX II D certified IMAS panels with EC type examination certificate no. EUM1_10_ATEX_0298. In the standard version they are sized for ST1 powders with KST = 200 at 8 bar.
For powders with different explosive characteristics, (maximum KST = 300 and P = 10 bar), suitable dimensions can be supplied on request.

Specific dust collectors for the filtration of the dust released during the pneumatic loading of the silos, designed to be installed on the top of the silos, are essentially composed of a cylindrical body containing the filtering media which, depending on the version, can be cartridges or sleeves, and an upper plenum containing the cleaning system, exclusively with counter-current compressed air, consisting of a 6″ bag (PED certified) and a series of 1″ full-immersion valves connected to the respective firing lances; a microprocessor control unit. Equipped with a differential pressure switch with continuous display of the ΔP it manages the cleaning times and cycles. The exhaust of the filtered air, diameter 180 mm, is designed to be ducted with the relative P.A. or connected to a possible aspirator to create the depression in the silos (optional components available on request according to the needs). The upper plenum is equipped with a door with assisted opening by means of gas springs, to facilitate inspection and maintenance operations; on the cylindrical body there is a handle extended for the whole circumference and on the base there is a connection flange to the silos or to a possible connection element (supplied as an option on request). The filter head, designed for continuous exposure to atmospheric agents, is made of pickled Fe 360 sheet, welded and treated with a phosphodegreasing process and epoxy powder painting treated at 180°C. (As an alternative, it can be supplied entirely made of stainless steel 304). In the presence of potentially explosive dusts, the ATEX version is provided, equipped with ATEX certified control unit and valves, antistatic filter media and ATEX EX II D certified explosion vent panel, with EC type examination certificate n EUM1_10_ATEX _ 0298 (dimensioned for potentially explosive dust, class St1 KSt 200). The equipment is supplied with reducer filter with pressure gauge and 3/8″ compressed air connection (to be checked) and requires a 24 V a.c. power supply for the electrical control unit.

DK Series dust collectors with CONTAINMENT, used for the purification of gaseous emissions from industrial processes, are suitable for the treatment of fine, dry or low humidity powders, even in high concentrations and filamentary materials. The dust collectors of this series adopt a filter media cleaning system by means of counter-current compressed air jets.
The advantages of this cleaning system are linked to the quality of the suction throughout the work cycle, to the constant efficiency and the absence of periodic maintenance and are used in companies whose production process generates dust of any nature and particle size, and in different concentrations, such as the steel industry, foundries, chemical and rubber industries, cement factories, metalworking industries, wood industries, food industry, painting processes, waste treatment, etc …

The M Series dust collectors, used for the purification of gaseous emissions from industrial processes, are suitable for the treatment of fine, dry or low humidity powders, even in high concentrations. It is possible to treat filamentary materials, provided that only the direct discharge system into the container is used, excluding the use of screws or rotary valves. The dust collectors of this series adopt a filter media cleaning system by means of counter-current compressed air jets. The advantages of this cleaning system are linked to the quality of the suction throughout the work cycle, to the constant efficiency and to the absence of periodic maintenance and are applied in companies whose production process generates dust of any nature and particle size and in different concentrations, such as the steel industry, foundries, chemical and rubber industries, cement factories, metalworking industries, wood industries, food industry, painting processes, waste treatment, etc …
The M Series dust collectors are designed according to UNI 10861, built under ISO 9001/2015 quality control, they can handle dust ST1- KST = 200 at 8 bar. Suitable for both operation in depression up to 5000/6000 PA and for outdoor installation. The management of the cleaning system is entrusted to an “intelligent” economizing electronic control unit; with integrated differential pressure switch for continuous reading of the & Delta; P value on the luminous display. These characteristics allow the dust collector to work at full load in a continuous cycle 24 hours a day, without the need for maintenance stops, with an indicative life of the filter media exceeding 7,000 hours for the bags and 5,000 for the cartridges, with an average dust load of 10 g/m 3 of treated air.
DUST COLLECTORS SERIES “F”
Filtering unit with sleeves having electromechanical shaking cleaning system. It has a modular structure, that can be extended by adding elements, without any replacement of components. They consist of 1 to 4 modules and in two different heights of the filtering unit. The sleeve cleaning system is carried out by means of a vibrator attached to the sleeve holder frame.
